Established in 2008, Shorplans Developments are a multi discpilinary design & build company with over 20 years experience has excellent Planning, Design and Construction knowledge. Shorplans provides informed honest and realistic advice together with a comprehensive first class Architectural service.
Shorplans Developments, a RIBA & ARB Chartered Architects Practice has vast experience in the residential sector, with services ranging from Planning, Building Control, Party Wall Surveys, Structural Engineer, Thames Water Agreements, SAP Calculations just to name a few!
Shorplans consists of a team of five core staff members and also works alongside several consultants when needed.
Planning and Building Regulations legislation is constantly changing and we ensure we are up to date with the latest releases, so that applications submitted are accurate and conform to the current standards. We are familiar with all the latest Code for Planning and Building Regulations that now forms an integrated part of any project from extensions to new housing developments.
