Carl is the founder of Shorplans Developments; with a demonstrated history of working in the architecture & planning industry. Skilled in AutoCAD, Design Management, Adobe Photoshop, ProjectWise, and Construction Drawings. Strong business development professional with a BA (Hons) focused in Architecture from London South Bank University. With over 20 years expericence in architectural design.

Maria Silva
Experienced architect at Shorplans, with a MArch degree in Architecture, specialising in urban voids. Maria has a wealth of experience in both residential and commercial design across the urban London landscape. As a qualified Technician of Management of Construction Works, you can trust that Maria is able to ensure your work is completed to best standard.
